Ademanage LLC (“Owner,” “we,” “our”) is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information. “Personal Information” means information that identifies you personally, including your name, physical address, email address, phone number, or credit card information. As part of our commitment to the privacy and security of your Personal information, Owner has developed this Privacy Policy to make you aware of our information gathering practices and how we use the information we receive on our website, [url]www.ademanage.com (the “Site”) and our mobile application, Ademanage (the “App,” and together with the Site, the “Ademanage Platform”).

By using the Ademanage Platform, you signify your agreement to the terms of this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"). If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site, the App, or the Ademanage Platform. Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy at any time. You will be notified of changes to the Privacy Policy via email at the address we have on file for you, if any, and via a popup notification on the Site or the App. By continuing to use the Ademanage Platform after changes to the Privacy Policy are posted, you agree to these modifications, alterations and/or updates.

GATHERING AND USE OF INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

Do I have to provide information to the Company to use the Ademanage Platform?

No. You can visit and browse the Site or the App without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information. If you choose only to look at the Site or the App and do not wish to obtain product-specific information, use the services provided through the Ademanage Platform, or sign up for an account, you need not provide any Personal Information.

What if I want to use the services or create an account?

If you want to access the services provided through the Ademanage Platform such as payment processing, service provider booking, and property management services (the “Ademanage Services”), you will need to create an account. You will be assigned a role as either a property owner (a “Landlord”), a service provider (a “Provider”), or a renter of property (a “Tenant,” and together with the Landlords and the Providers, “Ademanage Users”).

What information do you collect during account creation?

When you create an account with us, we will ask all users for the following Personal Information: legal first and last name, email address (which will function as your user name), mailing address, and telephone number. If you are a Tenant, your account will be associated with the property that you are renting (the “Property”) through the sign-up link that you received from your Landlord.

We will also ask Landlords for the following non-Personal Information: the legal company name, if any, and the Property address(es) that you own or your company owns. We will also ask Providers for the following non-Personal Information: the legal company name, if any, the industry you belong to or your company belongs to, and any relevant industry licensing numbers (e.g., Realtor® license number).

We will also ask you to create a password for your account. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Use for further information regarding passwords.

What financial information do you collect during account opening?

When you sign up for an account with the Ademanage Platform, our third-party payment gateway, Stripe, will collect Personal Information for payment processing. Personal Information collected includes information regarding your credit card or other financial account, such as name, card or account number, and other information needed to process the transaction. This Personal Information will be used to validate your credit card and authorize the dollar value of your payment. How will you use the information you collect during account creation?

This information may be used for various marketing and/or business purposes including, but not limited to, providing goods or services you have requested, customizing your experience on the Ademanage Platform, resolving disputes, troubleshooting problems, enforcing our agreements with you, or market research and direct mail or email from Owner. We will share your Personal Information within our corporate family, with other Ademanage Users associated with or providing services to your Property, and with our third-party vendors as necessary for these purposes.

What other vendors do you use?

Besides Stripe (see “What financial information do you collect during account opening?” above), we may use the following vendors:

  • Twilio for text message notifications.
  • SenderMail for transactional email delivery.
  • Bugsnag for finding and tracking errors with the Ademanage Platform.
  • Mailchimp for newsletter services.

GATHERING AND USE OF INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED

What information do you collect automatically?

When you visit the Ademanage Platform, our web servers or analytics provider may collect some information automatically, such as your Internet protocol address, the identity of your Internet Service Provider, your operating system, the time and date of your visit, and how you move through the Ademanage Platform. This information is not linked to Personal Information.

How do you use the information that you collect automatically?

This information is used to compile aggregate statistics about the total number of daily visitors to the Ademanage Platform, the pages most frequently visited and how long visitors tend to stay at each page. By collecting this information, we get a better understanding of your preferences so we can continually improve your online experience with us.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

How will you disclose Personal Information and other information you collect directly from Ademanage Users?

Owner will disclose Personal Information 1) in accordance with this Privacy Policy; 2) in order to comply in the event that law requires a disclosure of information submitted to the Ademanage Platform, including when required by a warrant, subpoena or court order; 3) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or injury, such as in the event of product recalls, fraud, claims or other liability, or 4) to enforce the terms of our agreement with you. Owner does not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information to outside parties.

How will you disclose aggregate information?

Owner may share statistical information about our users, traffic patterns, and related Site or the App information, in aggregate form, with third-party affiliates and vendors, but these statistics will include no Personal Information.

COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

Do you use cookies or web beacons?

The Site uses cookies, which are small text files that a website can send to a user’s browser for storage on the hard drive. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us, you may select the appropriate “opt out” option each time we ask for your Personal Information. If you already receive email or direct mail communications from us and no longer wish to receive such communications, please contact us at support@ademanage.com to be removed from our email and direct mail lists, or click “unsubscribe” in any email from us to be removed from our email list.

EXTERNAL LINKS

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the information practices or privacy policies of websites operated by others that may be linked to or from the Site or the App. If you decide to access a third party’s website that may be linked to or from the Site or the App, you should consult that website’s privacy policy.

BUSINESS TRANSITION

The information covered by this Privacy Policy is an asset of Owner and will become part of our normal business records. If Owner or a part of our business is sold or otherwise transferred to a third party, such as a legal successor in interest, your information may be transferred to that third party.

UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

If any of the Personal Information you submitted to the Ademanage Platform is inaccurate or outdated or otherwise needs to be changed, please log into your account and update it. If you are having trouble logging into your account, please contact us at support@ademanage.com to get assistance.

You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on the Site or the App. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information remaining because of backups.

HOW WE SECURE YOUR INFORMATION

How do you protect my Personal Information?

The Ademanage Platform has measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Non-financial Personal Information that you submit to the Ademanage Platform is stored for by DigitalOcean. For more information on DigitalOcean’s information security practices, visit https://www.digitalocean.com/security. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that: 1) there are privacy and security risks to the Internet which are beyond our control; 2) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information exchanged between you and us through the Ademanage Platform cannot be guaranteed; and 3) any information or data may be viewed or tampered with by a third party while in transit.

What about financial Personal Information?

Financial Personal information that you submit to the Ademanage Platform is all sent directly to and stored for us by an authorized third party, Stripe, which processes all payments made through the Ademanage Platform. Owner does not have access to any financial Personal Information, and Owner is not responsible for any breaches in security experienced by Stripe. We encourage you to contact Stripe directly at https://stripe.com/ if you have questions regarding the security that it provides with regard to your financial Personal Information.

What are my responsibilities?

These measures standing alone are not sufficient to ensure the security of your Personal Information. It is also important for you to guard against unauthorized access to your passwords and unauthorized use of your computer.

CHILDREN

Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. For that reason, the Ademanage Platform does not intentionally solicit, collect and/or maintain personally identifiable information from users under age 18. If you are under the age of 18, we ask that you do not submit any Personal Information to us and use the Ademanage Platform only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has submitted Personal Information to us, please contact us at support@ademanage.com, and we will delete your child’s Personal Information from our records.

REVIEWS

Please be aware that when Personal Information is voluntarily disclosed in a review provided on the Ademanage Platform, that information, along with any information disclosed in your communication, can be collected and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. Such activities are beyond our control and this Policy does not apply to such information. Any posts made to the reviews sections of the Ademanage Platform or other public areas on the Ademanage Platform are accepted with the understanding that they are accessible to all third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such submissions. If you do not want your comments to be viewed by third parties, you are advised not to make any posts. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.

DISPUTES

Disputes relating to this Privacy Policy shall be handled as set forth in the Terms of Use.
